What is the ordering process?
Step. 1
Sample Provided
It starts with a sample provided to us in person or via post. We’ll discuss with you on what vision you have and if necessary give you any insight on any manufacturing issues that could occur.
Once an understanding has been reach, we’ll send it to our office in Guangzhou and communicate with our team for a sample to be arranged.
A physical sample provided gives the best results.

Step. 3
Fitting & approval
We will first receive the sample in Australia and inspect it for any flaws and if instructions have been properly followed.
It’ll then be passed on to you for fitting and approval. Any issues or a new sample is required due to changes then Step 1. will be repeated.
Order committed
Once the sample has been approved; cost, delivery date and quantity can confirmed.
Order will then be committed.
Step. 4
Production
During production we’ll be touching base with the factories on a regular bases on how the production is proceeding and ensuring quality and delivery date.
At this point if anything major happens we will inform you to ensure the best outcome for your business.
Step. 5
Delivery
Once production is complete, the goods will either be sent to the shipping company of your business or shipping can be arranged with us.
